The following are our policies to reserve any of the Vacation Rental Properties listed on Costa Rica-JW.com
An initial deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before arrival at your Costa Rica Vacation Rental If your desired travel date is more than 9 months away, an initial deposit of 25% will hold your reservation.
Refund Policy:
- Written Cancellation and Refund Request Notice received by MR Travel less than 60 days before your proposed arrival date will be eligible for a voucher equal to 100% of the deposit. This voucher may be used as credit toward a future booking with MR Travel , and must be used within the next 12 months.
- Written Cancellation and Refund Request Notice received by MR Travel more than 60 days before your proposed arrival date will be eligible for a voucher equal to 100% of the deposit or 75% of the deposit will be refunded by Paypal .
